Amanda Waller a staple on the DC Comic universe as a pain in backside of the DC heroes, will be a recurring role in Smallville. She will be played by actress Pam Grier. She will be introduced on the "Legends" episode that also features the Justice Society.I think Amanda Waller is a good addition to the ever growing Smallville Universe. Smallville is definitely moving towards a more familiar DC Universe.
